Holdenville Education Foundation Awards First Teacher Grants

HEF awarded its first ever Teacher Grants in May of 2004. A total of $2,969.47 was awarded to two different Teacher Grant Requests. HEF received seven different grant request from Parkview Elementary, Thomas Elementary, and Holdenville High School Teachers. According to HEF President, David Peerson, HEF was very pleased with the number of Teacher Grant Requests made to HEF for our first year of operation. He stated: that “I am pleased with the participation we had in our first year of awarding grants. We would like to see greater participation next year.”

The Teacher Grants that were awarded are as follows:
